1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date if:

• The product arrived damaged or broken
• You received a wrong item (different product or size from what you ordered)
• The product is defective (manufacturing defect, seal tampered at delivery)

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal (unless defective)
• Items purchased under sale or special promotional pricing (unless defective)
• Products returned after 7 days from delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@metaalifebio.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
3. Attach photographs of the damaged/wrong/defective item and its packaging.
4. Our team will review your request within 48 hours and share return instructions.
5. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
6. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Refunds

Approved Returns

• Refund is issued to the original payment method — UPI, bank account, or card as applicable.
• Processing time: 7 business days from the date we confirm receipt of the returned item.
• For COD orders, refund is issued via bank transfer or UPI; you will need to share your bank details.

Razorpay Payments

• Refunds for Razorpay payments (cards, net banking, wallets) are processed through Razorpay and credited to your source account within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.

Cancelled Orders (before dispatch)

• If you cancel within 24 hours of placing and the order has not been dispatched, a full refund is issued within 7 business days.

4. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please take photographs immediately upon delivery (before opening the package) and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
